Shri, Nidhi Kumar Narang is Director (Finance) UPPCL, and is also holding additional charge as Director Commercial as well Prior to this he has been Group CFO in various private (Listed as well as unlisted) companies in power & infrastructure sector. He has also served in NTPC Ltd, a Maharatna CPSE Controlled by Government of india, for a period of twenty-five years till his separation as Additional General Manager (Finance) in 2008. Shri. Narang has been responsible for various assignments including fund raising-both debt (short term as well as long term) and equity, commercial and regulatory activities in power companies, in addition to the overall responsibilities as the Chief Financial Officer. He is MBA (Finance) & LLB and undergone skill upgradation programmes at University of Taxes, Dallas as well as Kellogs School of Management, Chicago.
