Jussi Numminen
Vice Chair, ETSI Technical Committee DECT

Jussi Numminen has over 30 years’ experience in high frequency communication technologies and system design. He has been closely involved at several global wireless technology companies in the development of 3G and 4G standards in 3GPP. Since 2015 he has worked at Wirepas to develop a novel device-based autonomous communication technology. Wirepas mesh technology serves as the foundation for DECT-2020 specifications in ETSI, and has already been used in a 750,000 smart meter deployment in a single network in Norway. Jussi is a rapporteur of TS 103 636-2 standard.
