Ms. Kumud Wadhwa has more than 30 years of Cross-Domain experience in Power Sector- spanningacross Project planning and management for Transmission projects, IT projects and Smart Gridprojects in Distribution. She is currently working as Senior General Manager in Project ManagementUnit at National Smart Grid Mission supporting Ministry of Power for design and development ofSmart Grid and capacity building initiatives for Smart Grid. Earlier as part of ISGTF, she played aninstrumental role in design of Road Map for Smart Grids in India, Pilot Program management andLaunch of Smart Grid Knowledge portal. She did her MBA in Information Systems from MDI andElectrical Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra.She is also nominated as Indian expert in ISGAN annexes, member of BIS LITD 10 and MissionInnovation agenda.
