Raghav Upadhyaya leads the Energy, Environment and Infrastructure portfolios at the U.S.-India Business Council, India. He has 17 years of experience across the energy, infrastructure and digital media sectors, and specialises in regulatory and policy advocacy in the energy sector. Prior to joining USIBC, he worked for BRIDGE TO INDIA, the Independent Power Producers Association of India, Infraline Energy, Energy Line India and the Times of India group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), New Delhi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM) from the Times School of Marketing (Times of India) and a diploma from the Post Graduate Program for Executives (PGPEX) at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
