Mr. Dicker leads Accenture’s Network of the Future initiative as part of Accenture’s Utilities Strategy Practice.  He focuses on early-stage Grid Modernization program definition to refine future state capabilities, architecture design, business case definition, regulatory engagement, and procurement.  Over the past 15 years he has successfully supported 10 utilities in defining complex, multi-$100M+ programs to enable advanced metering, autonomous / centralized grid reconfiguration, energy efficiency, line sensing, renewables integration, charging infrastructure acceleration, energy storage, predictive grid maintenance, and customer preferences for 3rd Party monitor and control.
