Dr Subir Sen, currently working as Executive Director in Technology Development & Smart Grid Knowledge Center, POWERGRID. He has more than 32 years of professional experience in the field of Transmission, Renewable integration, distribution, control & communication. Contributed towards development of National Grid, Green Energy Corridors for renewable integration, 1200kV technology, New Technology adoption for system efficiency improvement, Smart Grid, Wide Area Measurement System, EV Charging infrastructure, Storage system, distribution strengthening, Energy efficiency, Cyber Security. Co-authored three books on renewable technology, smart grid & system optimization and applied four patents on smart grid technologies.
