Shri Raj Pratap Singh took charge as Chairman of UPERC on 2nd July 2018. Shri Raj Pratap Singh Joined Indian Administrative Service(IAS)inAug. 1983(Uttar Pradesh cadre).Sh.Singh has dealt with policy formulation, budgeting, implementation, monitoring & coordination,personnel management and service delivery aspects of Public Administration at the stategovt. (21 years) & central govt. (6 years) levels in India. In addition, Sh. Singh has worked asSr. Advisor for 3 years in a multilateral development institution (World Bank) at the Board level at Washington DC.At th ehighest levels of decision making,Sh.Singh has been responsible for converting governments/institution' smandateintoviable Policies/Programs & Projects with effective delivery mechanism.
