Novak is an award-winning international Human Resources, Gender Equity and Training Consultant, Speaker, and Author. With over 25 years of experience, Ms. Novak possesses considerable knowledge and skill in development as well as technical knowledge. She has consulted in numerous business sectors including: energy, telecommunications, construction, hospitality, financial, and NGOs. Ms. Novak has developed HR policies, HR Gender Equity Framework, consulted with gender equity teams, and facilitated organizational change and leadership training. Her international experience includes fourteen countries throughout Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa as well as extensive work in North America. Ms. Novak has presented for nine international conferences, including SHRM National Conference, Association for Talent Development International Conference and Expo, and the World HRD Congress.
