Pedro Piacesi has a decade-long career as a distinguished diplomat, during which he has demonstrated a profound commitment to fostering international cooperation. With a solid foundation in international relations, Piacesi has adeptly navigated the intricate landscapes of diplomacy, representing his home country with distinction on the global stage. His decade of diplomatic service has equipped him with a wealth of experience in negotiating and bridging gaps between nations, laying the groundwork for effective collaboration on various fronts. He served in Geneva, where he actively engaged in diplomatic dialogues, skillfully navigating the dynamics of multilateral negotiations. He is currently head of the Department of Energy and Environment at the Embassy of Brazil in New Delhi. In this role, he plays a crucial part in shaping Brazil's approach to environmental sustainability and energy policies. As a representative of Brazil in New Delhi, he endeavors to contribute to the promotion of green initiatives and the strengthening of bilateral ties between Brazil and India in areas crucial to the sustainable development agenda.
