Neha is a seasoned product marketing professional with 14 years’ experience who believes in using technology as a tool to drive innovation and transformation. She garners deep understanding in the areas of electric vehicles, Innovation and start-up Ecosystem along with strategic marketing, product and brand management spanning across various industries like Automobiles, FMCG and Telecommunications. In her current role, she is leading the strategy for 4W Electric Vehicles and Innovation ecosystem at MGI where she heads a specialized team excelling in areas of EV ecosystem and education in partnership with leading players to create end-to-end EV infrastructure for MG’s futuristic electric cars and developing front end strategy aimed at accelerating the adoption of e-mobility in India. She is also leading the innovation vertical at MGI wherein she is leading a multi-disciplinary team build technology and startup ecosystem and to work on emerging and futuristic technologies like AI, Blockchain, ML, Robotics to define value for business and transform MG into a leading and innovative auto tech company in India. She has also been recognized as the Top EV Charging Leaders in India 2023, Top Women leaders driving energy sector in India 2023, Top EV Battery Tech Leaders in India 2023, Top 100 AI leaders In India 2023 and 40 under 40 most dynamic EV leaders in India 2021. In her earlier roles, she was working as Senior Brand Manager for super-premium and premium exterior emulsion paints with AkzoNobel India (Dulux)Group and category head with Lava International among other roles. She has completed her post graduation (MBA) from FMS Delhi and graduation (B.E.) from NSIT Delhi.
