Regulatory Studies and Strategy Manager at Light

Samuel José de Castro Vieira has a Bachelor's degree in Physics, MBA in Data Science, Master's degree in Economics and a PhD in Energy Planning. He is the Regulatory Studies and Strategy Manager at Light, a company that distributes electricity to the metropolitan area of Rio de Janeiro. It has developed several projects, including: calculating the impact of the expansion of distributed energy resources on distribution fees, regulatory cost benchmarking studies, to company estrategic planning, and R&D projects focused on reducing energy losses.
