Tania Solé is a multi-lingual, multi-cultural technology and environmental entrepreneur. She has worked for multiple startups helping them strategize and grow from inception to exit in addition to having run for elected office for Redwood City City Council 2015 and most recently California State Assembly 2022. In the past, she worked for among others Intel Corp, Greenslip Inc, and AirSpeQ, funded by Small Business Innovation Research Grants (SBIR's) from United States Federal agencies including the National Science Foundation (NSF), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and National Institutes of Health (NIH.). She has been a speaker at events both in the United States and China. Her current company, BlueDesal, is a mission driven B corp, solving the problems of water and energy through localized sustainable wave powered desalination pods.
