Rahul Dwivedi is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer who is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the REC Power Distribution Company Limited (RECPDCL) since November 2022. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras.
