Vikas Gaba is Partner and National Head -- Power and Utilities for KPMG in India with over 20 years of experience in managing complex, and large-scale power sector transformation programs across South Asia. He brings deep expertise in developing business strategies, policy, regulation, institutional strengthening, private sector participation (PSP) frameworks, governance strengthening, structural and market reforms, turnaround plans, implementation handholding, capacity building, and training. Vikas has worked extensively across all segments of the power sector, including generation, renewable energy, transmission, distribution, power markets, fuels, energy efficiency and emerging segments such as storage, electric vehicles (EVs), new technologies, and smart grids.
