Sujay Kumar Saha is a dynamic professional with an extensive background in the energy and power utilities industry, currently leading as the Head of IoT Solutions. With a solid educational foundation, including a PG in Business Analytics from Great Lakes School of Management and a PGDBM in Energy Management from MDI Gurugram, coupled with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela, Sujay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. His skills encompass strong leadership, certified energy management, IoT product and solution development, smart grid technology, demand-side management, and more. Sujay has a proven track record of driving new business development, fostering innovative problem-solving, and conducting competitive analysis. In his current role at The Tata Power Company Limited, Sujay spearheads the Home Automation business division, where he has successfully developed and launched cutting-edge products and services. Previously, at Tata Power Delhi Distribution, he led initiatives in demand-side management and industry automation, smart grid deployment, and advanced metering infrastructure, significantly contributing to the utility's evolution into a smarter, more sustainable entity. With a career that began at West Bengal State Electricity Board, where he honed his skills in operations, maintenance, and network reliability, Sujay has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead teams, develop strategic plans, and execute projects that enhance utility efficiency and customer satisfaction.
