Working as Secretary to Government to the State & Union Territories & currently posted as secretary to Govt. of GNCT Delhi. A civil servant who has held significant leadership positions as Deputy Commissioner, Director and Secretary in the Government of Delhi, Goa, Arunachal Pradesh, Puducherry, the Union Government. Worked in Statutory regulatory Institutions, in Election Commission as General observer in Assembly and Lok Sabha elections through deputation. The responsibility in the jobs assigned included implementing the government schemes, programs and projects. The native of Chandigarh, completed school & college education in Commerce and Management, did Master’s degree in Business Administration from Punjab University, Business School, Chandigarh, a research fellow at University Grants Commission, holds a degree of Company Secretary.
