Functional Areas Handled: P&L, Business Development, Client Relationships, Project Delivery, Team leadership, Contracts & Commercial Management. Currently handles major Utility (Electricity, Gas, Water) accounts across India for AI based solutions for Customer Engagement, Workforce Management, Asset Management, Business Integrations etc. AI based solutions viz. Consumption Disaggregation, Demand Response, Smart Messaging, OCR based solutions (Meter reading, Document Validation), Chatbots etc.
