Deepak Pandey has 29 years of rich experience in L&T, Siemens and GE. After initial 10 years of working for EPC projects, he shifted his carrier with power sector and Technology domain. He is currently General Manager of GE Digital Business leading South Asia and Africa geography. He has also held the position of Chairman in Smart Grid Division of IEEMA. The team under Deepak has implemented one of the most complex and advance technology projects in Transmission and Distribution landscape. These technologies have helped in delivering reliable, resilient, and sustainable electricity to consumers. Deepak has taken various initiatives in IEEMA from publishing white paper on Cyber Security to active engagement with regulators and policy makers for framing cyber security regulations and policies for power sector.
