Alice Busching Reynolds
President, California Public Utilities Commission

Alice Busching Reynolds is the President of the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom and confirmed by the State Senate. Her role includes leading energy and climate projects and enhancing U.S.-India relations. Previously, she served as a senior advisor for energy and in various capacities within California's government, focusing on environmental and energy issues. Reynolds holds a bachelor's degree from Stanford and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
