Shri Ashok Kumar Rajput, a distinguished member of the Central Power Engineering Services 1986 batch, serves as the Member (Power Systems) and Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India at the Central Electricity Authority since November 15, 2022. With a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and an M.Tech in Power Systems, his 36-year career spans significant contributions in various sectors including O&M of thermal power stations, distribution planning, and renewable energy management, demonstrating a profound impact on India's power sector evolution.
