Shashank Mishra is the Joint Secretary – Distribution of Ministry of Power (MoP) Government of India. Before joining the MoP, Shashank Misra worked in the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. From the 2007 batch, he is an exemplary member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the Madhya Pradesh cadre. Shashank Misra has served as the Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited, Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation Limited, and Madhya Pradesh State Asset Management Company Limited. His credibility earned him the chairmanship of Ujjain Smart City Limited, and he also served as the CEO of Madhya Pradesh Rural Road Development Authority.
