Kapil Dev is a Managing Director with 24 years of diversified experience in business development, strategy, and business planning. He is currently working as Managing Director at Panaaya Technologies in New Delhi, India. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Refex Group and as Vice President and Business Head at Power Exchange India Limited for over 8 years. Kapil has also held various managerial roles at Moser Baer Projects, Hydro Tasmania Consulting, Reliance Energy, and NHPC Limited. He holds a PGDBM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. He is fluent in both English and Hindi and is certified in System Operations and Power Markets.
