Sainath Bandhakavi is a Senior Solutions Architect – Utilities with Amazon Internet Services Private Limited. In this role, he works with public sector utilities and AWS partners to help build AWS cloud based industry solutions. Sainath comes with two decades of experience of working with customers in utilities and smart cities domain in various roles including Architect, Strategy Consultant,Process Consultant and Project Manager.His recent assignment swere around smart metering,utilities billing and customer care, smart cities solutions, advanced analytics etc. Sainath has also worked earlier with IBM in their Global CoC for Energy, Environment & Utilities team supporting customers in India and abroad. Prior to working with IBM, he also worked with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited in their IT team.
