Neeraj Pasricha is the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Pipeline Infrastructure Limited in Delhi, India. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with expertise in regulatory and commercial affairs, financial modeling, and project feasibility assessment for pipelines and city gas distribution projects. Neeraj was a key contributor to the conceptualization and development of the Natural Gas Pipeline Act and its regulations. He is proficient in tariff working for pipelines, contract drafting, negotiations for gas supply and purchase agreements, gas transmission agreements, and other commercial and regulatory aspects of the gas sector. Neeraj has worked for both public and private sector oil and gas companies and has represented his company in open house discussions on different aspects of regulations conducted by the regulatory authority. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ACMA).
