Research Analyst, Council on Energy Environment and Water

Saiba is a Research Analyst with the water programme at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW). She is currently working on promoting circular economy models in urban wastewater management. She is an Urban Planner and Architect with five years of professional experience. Saiba formerly worked at the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) as a Research Associate, in the fields of urban policy design and capacity building.
