Ms. Garima Garg heads the Human Resources Department (HRD) for India RE Business and Renew Services Business of ReNew Power. She also heads the Talent, OD and Learning functions for ReNew. ReNew Power is India's leading Renewable energy company and is leading the energy transition in India. She carries 12+ years of experience in HR consulting across PwC, Deloitte and Hay Group. As part of consulting, she is responsible for the delivery of Key HR solutions for clients. Prior to consulting experience, she worked in the HR Business Partnering role at Genpact and Learning and Development role at HSBC. She is passionate about working with organizations in enabling people and culture issues for the business. She has extensive experience in areas such as Leadership Development, Leadership Assessments, Executive Coaching, Performance Management, Organizational structure, Talent management, Culture, Change management and Organization Development. She champions the Gender diversity and inclusion cause for ReNew. Ms. Garg is an alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur, St Stephen’s College (Delhi University) and DPS R K Puram.
