Dr. Prachi Kaul is the Director of Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute (https://www.shastriinstitute.org/) for its office in India. She has been associated with the Institute for more than 17 years now. An alumna of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Dr. Kaul has served and is associated with various international and national bodies such as World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNESCO, Plan International and National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA), before joining the Shastri Institute. She is a social scientist with a keen interest in studying aspirations and social mobility of the masses and its relation to Higher Education. Dr. Kaul serves on various Advisory Boards of academic and research institutions. She is also a member of bi-national Joint Working Groups of Governments of India and Canada i.e. Science & Technology and Higher Education.
