Rahul has been working in the energy efficiency and renewable energy sector for the last twenty years. Rahul has a good understanding of the sector and its development in India and other countries in Asia. He is closely involved in policy research, development of the regulatory and institutional frame work and assisting Central Government and State Governments, power sector regulators, distribution utilities, city municipalities, industries and facility management teams in developing and implementing sustainable policies and projects. He has good experience in the execution of ESCO projects and public-private partnership projects. Rahul has a passion to research emerging technologies, understand their cost-benefit, and key barriers, and developing a workable approach for mainstreaming them in the market.
