Rajesh Kapoor is Technical Consultant at TSDSI. He was Director Technical of TCIL and on board its subsidiary Tamil Nādu Telecommunications Ltd. He was Governing Council member of TSDSI and Chairman of its Study Group on Solutions and Services. He has over 40 years of association with Telecom Industry and was part of Telecommunication and ICT infrastructure development through Consultancy, Project Management and Software systems development Projects such as India-Africa Tele-education & Tele-medicine Network design, installation, operations management (known as Pan African e-Network), National Optical Fiber Network (NOFN/ Bharat net) Project; Submarine ANI OFC network Chennai to Port Blair, Nationwide OPGW network development in Algeria, OSS/BSS Telecommunication systems development etc.
